"MaYaN" é o novo projeto do guitarrista Mark Jansen (ex-After Forever, Epica, MaYaN) e traz seu primeiro cd, o "Quarterpast", uma Symphonic Death Metal Opera, com a participação das cantoras Simone Simons (Epica), Floor Jansen (ex-After Forever, Revamp) e Laura Macri (cantora lírica) além do cantor Henning Basse (Sons of Seasons).

On your debut cd, "Quarterpast", a Symphonic Death Metal Opera, there are participation of the singers Simone Simons (Epica), Floor Jansen (ex-After Forever, Revamp), Laura Macri (lirical singer) and Henning Basse (Sons of Seasons).
