A música "Good Enough" faz parte do álbum "The Open Door" e sua introdução é parte de uma canção que Amy Lee compôs para o filme "As Crônicas de Nárnia" mas que não foi aprovada pela produção do filme, por segundo eles, ser sombria e épica demais. A produção do filme cogitou que ela fosse editada, mas Amy Lee não concordou porque disse que não "comprometeria sua arte". As músicas "Lacrymosa" e "Together Again" também foram compostas para o filme e também não foram aprovadas.
